Double Dragon is the National Ale of Wales and is made by Felinfoel Brewery in South Wales. Felinfoel Brewery has been family owned since 1878. Double Dragon is a full drinking premium ale, which is malty yet subtly hopped. Double Dragon has an alcohol of 4.2% a.b.v., which is quite a bit lighter than it's brother Welsh ESB. Double Dragon was known as Welsh Bitter in the U.S. Double Dragon is on tap as well as 12x16.9oz bottles. Double Dragon and Welsh ESB are the only Welsh beers available stateside.
